Halve and pit the Avocados (to taste) in half lengthways. Juice the Limes (2) into a small bowl. Mince the Garlic (1 clove).

Combine the avocado with the lime juice, garlic, Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 tsp), chopped Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp) and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp). Blend until you have a light green puree.
