Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a long, deep 10x35cm loaf pan with plenty of Olive Oil (as needed).

In a large bowl, mix the Instant Dry Yeast (2 Tbsp), Water (1 lb), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), Salt (1 pinch) and Olive Oil (2 oz) together. Gradually add Bread Flour (5 3/4 cups). Using a dough hook or your hands, mix until dough is soft and elastic.
