step 1
Remove the Sardines in Water (4 oz) and place them on a plate. Using a fork break up into pieces.

Add Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1/2), Celery Leaves (1 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Tomato (1), and the juice from Lemon (1). Mix well.
step 3
Lay the Red Onion (1/4) on top.
step 4
Heat up the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat, pour over the sardines with the red onion on top. Mix, serve and enjoy with bread or crackers.
