Combine Rotisserie Chicken (3 cup), Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Sauce (1 cup), Pepper Jack Cheese (10 slice), Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Scallion (4 stalk), Celery (2 stalk), Salt (1 pinch), and Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon) in a crock pot and give it a stir. Cover and turn the heat to high. Let the dip cook for 2 hours to melt the cheeses and meld the flavors.
Stir to combine melted ingredients and serve immediately with your favorite dippers, right from the crock pot set on warm. Enjoy!
