I love sprinkling this gronola over my yogurt. It adds a nice crunch and a little bit of sweetness. If you like eating granola as a cereal, then I would add 1/4 cup chopped, dried fruit and then double or triple the recipe. I suggest making only what you will eat because it only last about 2 weeks.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and arrange a rack in the middle. Place Honey (1 Tbsp), Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) in a small bowl, and stir to combine. Pour over the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) and mix until coated.
