Chop the Bitter Melon Leaves (1 Tbsp). Cut the Heirloom Tomatoes (3) into wedges. In a large bowl, combine heirloom tomatoes with desired amount of Red Wine Vinaigrette (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Fresh Purple Basil (to taste).
