Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the Tomatoes (3) , White Onion (1) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) , Garlic (2 cloves) , and Green Chili Pepper (1) .

Pour in Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) and White Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp) . Mix thoroughly and season with Salt (to taste) to taste.

Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

The level of spiciness can be adjusted by varying the amount of pepper. Some variations might include a small amount of cumin or oregano; in some regions, they might add a small amount of lemon juice for extra acidity.
