Cooking Instructions

Grate the
Orange (1)
into a small bowl.

Mix in the
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)

Salt (1 tsp)

Onion Powder (1 tsp)
,
Dried Chives (1 tsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
,
Dried Thyme (1 tsp)
,
Hot Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp)
, and
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
to form a moist rub.

Now go ahead and rub the
Tyson® Chicken Legs (4 lb)
with the rub, cover and place in the fridge to marinate for about 4 hours.

Once the chicken has marinated, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Remove the seasoned chicken from the fridge and allow it to come back to room temperature. Use a wire rack on a baking sheet to roast- this will allow for the hot air to circulate around the chicken pieces and cook evenly. Try to place them in a single layer and with a bit of space between each.

Place the drumsticks in the preheated oven and on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 1 hour. This time may vary depending on the size of your drumsticks.

Once you remove from the oven they are ready to serve and enjoy!
