Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp), and Salt (to taste). Whisk to combine.

Add Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup). Using a pastry blender or a fork, blend the butter in until mixture forms pea-sized crumbs.

Make a well in the center of the bowl. Add Buttermilk (3/4 cup). Fold into the dough.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Press it with your hands until it comes together.

Roll the dough out into a 10 by 8-inch rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Spread Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp) over the dough. Sprinkle Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp) over top and spread to coat evenly.

Roll the dough into a log. Cut into eight equal sections.

Place cinnamon rolls on a 12x9-inch baking tray greased with Butter (2 Tbsp). Press down lightly to flatten.

Bake for 14 minutes.

Into a saucepan, add Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup). Once warm, add Apple (1). Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp), Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1/4 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp). Cook over low-medium heat until smooth.
