Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).

Light season both sides of the Pork Chops (4) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

On medium heat add some oil to your skillet or pan. Add the Onions (1 1/2) and Fresh Basil (1 handful) and begin to cook.

Place the pork chops down and add some more Onion (1/2) on top. Pour over the Barbecue Sauce (to taste) and spread the sauce around.

Place the skillet with pork chops into your preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
step 6
Remove from the oven and serve with sides of choice, I did mashed potatoes and salad.
