This is a meal portion for one person or a side portion for 2 people.

step 1
In small pot, add Elbow Macaroni (3 oz), Water (10 fl oz), Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp), Paprika (1/8 tsp), Onion Powder (1/8 tsp), and Salt (1/8 tsp). Bring to a simmer. Mix and stir for 8 to 10 minutes, or until water is almost absorbed and evaporated.

Lower the heat between a medium to a medium-low setting. Now add Heavy Cream (6 fl oz), and Medium Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup). Mix and combine well until the cheese sauce is smooth and creamy.

On a low heat bring to a simmer and continue to stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes to thicken.

Butter a baking dish and pour the mac and cheese in. Preheat the broiler.

In a small bowl, mix Breadcrumbs (1 Tbsp) and Butter (1/2 Tbsp). Sprinkle on top of the mac and cheese with the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 Tbsp).

Broil for 45 seconds or until topping is golden brown, then serve.
