In a large bowl, whisk the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (2 cups), Dark Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), and Salt (1 tsp).
