Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cook your Spicy Chicken Sausage (1) and Center Cut Bacon (4 slices) in a pan on the stove.

Dice the Onion (1/3 cup). In a separate pan cook your Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 cup) with your onions and Green Bell Pepper (1/4 cup), Cajun Seasoning (1/2 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Spray a 6 hole regular muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Use 2 Wonton Wrappers (12), push down into muffin cup, lightly spray the wonton wrappers.
