Ground Cinnamon

Coconut Oil

Step 1
Pulse the Raw Cashews (1 cup) and Pumpkin Seeds (1 1/2 cups) in a food processor for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the Dates (2 cups) , Matcha Powder (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) , Lemon (1/2) , Salt (1 pinch) and process until well combined and sticky
Step 3
Roll the mixture into balls and then transfer to the fridge to set.
Step 4
Mix the Matcha Powder (1/2 tsp) and Desiccated Coconut (1 Tbsp) and roll half of the balls in it. Roll the remaining half in Cacao Powder (1 Tbsp) and enjoy!
