Cooking Instructions

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Toss Potatoes (to taste) in Olive Oil (1 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch), and Ground Cumin (1 pinch).

Transfer potato peels to a rimmed, parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until peels are slightly browned and crispy.
