For the dressing, combine Olive Oil (1/3 cup), Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup) and Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp).

Add in Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp), 3 Tbsp of juice from the Lemon (1), Salt (1 dash), and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash). Mix well and set aside.

Divide all the ingredients into 4 portions and in each jar, layer the ingredients as follows: Pour in the dressing.

Add in pitted Kalamata Olives (1/4 cup).

Add in Feta Cheese (1/2 cup).

Spoon in Couscous (2 cups).

Top with Cherry Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups), Cucumber (1), and Romaine Lettuce (2 cups).

Place jars in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Enjoy!
