Heat Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp) in a pan and add garlic and onion. Cook for a minute on high or until they are translucent.

Once the tomato reduces to a mush, season with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp). Add Tomato Paste (1/2 Tbsp) and Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp). Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
