Using a mandoline, slice the plantain thinly.

Place the sliced plantain in a bowl with the Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp). Use your hands to separate the slices and ensure they are evenly coated.
step 6 Place the sliced plantain in a bowl with the Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp). Use your hands to separate the slices and ensure they are evenly coated.
