Put the Linguine (12 oz), cherry tomato (12 oz), Red Onion, Sea Salt (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), garlic clove (4), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), and Fresh Basil (2) in a large pot.
Pour in the Water (4 1/2 cup) and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cook for 9 minutes. Using tongs, occasionally lift and move the pasta so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Then turn off the heat.
Give the pasta a few quick tosses, so that any remaining liquid will thicken and then become a sauce.
Top with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and any remaining basil leaves. This could be paired with a salad or some garlic bread. Enjoy!
