Once the mixture has cooled, add the beaten Egg (1) and Rye Bread (1 cup). Leave in refrigerator for 15 minutes so it firms slightly. Meanwhile, heat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and prepare an oven tray with a small amount of oil.

Remove patty mixture from refrigerator and prepare a cutting board with flour. With floured hands, mold mixture into large patties. Place on oiled baking tray and cook in oven until tops are golden brown.
