Clean and cut the Chicken (10.5 oz).

In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) Corn Starch (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 tsp) and Salt (to taste). Add a little water to the mixture and make a paste.

Add the chicken pieces into it and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat Oil (as needed) in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.

Once the chicken is fried, heat a pan with Oil (1 Tbsp). Add Onion (1), Green Chili Pepper (1), and Garlic (12 cloves). Sauté until starting to soften.

Add Bell Pepper (1), Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp), Green Chili Sauce (1/2 Tbsp), and Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp). Season with Salt (to taste).

Mix the Corn Flour (1 tsp) with 2 tsp water and stir it into the sauce, to thicken it and give the sauce a shiny/glossy texture. Add the fried chicken and gently toss in the sauce until coated.

Serve hot with fried rice or Indian flat bread. Enjoy!
