Step 1

in a large bowl, making sure everything is well-mixed with peaches intact.

In a food processor, mix together the
Oats (3/4 cup)

Chickpea Flour (2 Tbsp)

Slivered Almonds (1/3 cup)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)

Agave Syrup (1/2 Tbsp)

Water (1 1/2 Tbsp)

Step 4
Process until they start to stick together a bit but not so finely ground that the mix loses texture.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the peach slices among 5 small ramekins, top with topping, and place on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until your home smells amazing and the insides of the crumble begin bubbling.
Step 7
Let stand a few minutes to cool a bit before serving.
Step 8
Top with
Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste)
