Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Fresh Chives (1/2 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (1/2 Tbsp), and Fresh Mint (2 1/2 Tbsp).
2.
Devein the King Prawns (1.1 lb).
3.
Place all the ingredients along with Salt (1 pinch), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) and Fruity Olive Oil (1/3 cup) in a sous vide bag and vacuum seal it.
4.
Place the bag on shelf level 3 on the ‘SousVide’ program and cook at 75 degrees C (165 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
5.
Serve with toasted bread or baguette. Drizzle with the oil that they are cooked in and garnish with additional chopped herbs.
