Add the Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp) and boil until it turns into a bright red sauce, around 15 minutes. Taste and add Granulated Sugar (to taste).

In another pot, sauté the Onion (1) until translucent. Then add the Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté another 30 seconds so it doesn't burn.
