Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the Coconut Milk (1/2 cup), Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) (if using), and Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp) in a microwave oven for 30 seconds, or until the coconut milk bubbles.
2.
Stir in the 70% Dark Chocolate (1 2/3 cups) and place a bowl or lid over the top of the bowl to lock in the heat. Let rest for 5 minutes, then mix until smooth.
If you don’t have a microwave, simply heat your milk in a small saucepan. If there are still lumps, refill the saucepan with an inch or two of water and bring to a boil. Pop the bowl on top (it shouldn’t be touching the water)! Stir until the chocolate is smooth then remove from bowl.
