Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Using a rolling pin roll out the
Puff Pastry (1.1 lb)
until is about four millimeters thick. With a pizza cutter cut the pastry in 7x7cm squares.

With a sharp knife make a cut in all four corners of the square.
4.
Place one or two slices of the
Pancetta (2/3 cup)
and some of the
Medium Cheddar Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
in the middle of the square.
5.
Take all the four corners of the square and stick them together in the middle as to create a "flower" effect.
6.
Place all the pastries in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or oven grease paper. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
