Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Using a rolling pin roll out the Puff Pastry (500 gram) until is about four millimeters thick. With a pizza cutter cut the pastry in 7x7cm squares.
Step 3
With a sharp knife make a cut in all four corners of the square.
Step 4
Place one or two slices of the Pancetta (150 gram) and some of the Medium Cheddar Cheese (150 gram) in the middle of the square.
Step 5
Take all the four corners of the square and stick them together in the middle as to create a "flower" effect.
Step 6
Place all the pastries in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or oven grease paper. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
