Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cook the Quinoa (2 cups) according to package instructions.

Once cooked and fluffy, add the Coconut Cream (3 Tbsp) to make it more like a porridge.

Place quinoa, Bananas (2), your favorite Nut Butter (2 Tbsp), Eggs (2), and whites of the Eggs (2) in a blender and blend until smooth. Batter will look like pancake batter.

Pour into bowl and add Rice Flour (1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp), and Coconut Sugar (1/3 cup).
