Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Roughly chop the Dates (1/2 cup) and Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup).
In a large bowl, mash the Banana (1) with a fork and add Maple Syrup (1/2 cup), Coconut Oil (1/4 cup), Orange Extract (2 teaspoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Cacao Powder (3 tablespoon). Mix well.
To the same bowl, add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cup), Hazelnuts (1/2 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup), Dates, and Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon). Mix well.
Lightly grease a baking dish with coconut oil, pour the mixture, and spread evenly.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Stir halfway until browned.
Let it cool completely before adding the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/4 cup) and dark chocolate pieces.
