In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the
Whole Wheat Linguine (5 oz)
While the pasta is cooking, add the
Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
a blender. Add a splash of water to help it blend until smooth. Set aside.
After about 8 minutes, add the
Edamame (1 cup)
Carrots (3/4 cup)
to the pot of pasta. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Once the pasta is al dente, drain and return it to the pot.
Add the pasta sauce to the pot and stir. That’s it! The pasta is ready to be served.
Garnish with a few
Fresh Cilantro Leaves (to taste)
Limes (to taste)
. Serve with a side of salad.
