Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 8 x 8 square baking pan with parchment paper. Set pan aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the Unsalted Butter (3/4 cup), Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup). Add Eggs (2), one at a time and fully mix in each egg before adding the next one.
