Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (4 cups), Kosher Salt (2 Tbsp), and Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp).

In a medium bowl, pour the Water (2 cups) over the Honey (2 Tbsp) and stir to dissolve. Add the Eggs (2), Neutral Oil (2 Tbsp), and White Wine Vinegar (1 tsp). Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a spatula to form a batter.
