In a medium size bowl combine the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), minced garlic, minced chipotle pepper, Adobo Sauce (1 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
