HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Chop up the Watermelon (1) and Kiwifruit (2) into 1 inch pieces. Scrub the Fresh Ginger (1/2 inch) well, and roughly break up.
Step 2
Gradually feed kiwi and watermelon through chute of the KitchenAid Slow Juicer Attachment with Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful), running the KitchenAid Stand Mixer at speed. Once the juice is extracted, stir Lime (2) into it.
Step 3
Chill well before serving.
