Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)

, mix well, and taste for seasoning.
Step 2
Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over the stove to hot. Pat seasoned
Sirloin Steak (2 lb)
dry and place on grill or skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side to the desired temperature.
