In a small bowl, combine Flaxseed Meal (1 Tbsp) and Water (3 Tbsp) and set aside until gel-like (this is called a flax egg).

In a large bowl, mix Whole Wheat Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (3/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp).

Stir in Pure Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp), flax egg, Vanilla Almond Milk (3/4 cup), and Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp).

Mash the Banana (1).

Fold in mashed banana and Fresh Blueberry (3/4 cup). Stir until blended well, but do not over mix.
