Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
Place
Italian Saffola Masala Oats (5 cups)
and
Toasted Sunflower Seeds (1 cup)
,
Melon Seeds (1/2 cup)
in a large bowl. Stir to mix.
Step 3
Place
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
,
Egg (1)
, and
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
in a small bowl, and whisk lightly with a fork to mix.
Step 4
Pour wet mix into bowl of dry mix, and stir well to coat dry ingredients. Break any large clumps, leaving the smaller ones if you like.
Step 5
Turn onto a rimmed heavy baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stir well, then for another 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 6
Cool completely, and then store in an airtight jar in a cool place. Here I've mixed mine with some seeds an onion for a filling snack.
