6 Peach

2 cup Cherries

2 tsp Corn Starch

2/3 cup Brown Sugar

1 Lime

to taste Almond Extract

1 cup Quinoa

1/2 cup Walnuts

1/3 cup Quick-Cooking Oats

2 oz Butter

to taste Half and Half

Steps 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F).

Steps 2

In a large bowl, toss Peach, Pitted Cherries, Corn Starch, Brown Sugar, juice of Lime, few drops Almond Extract well to coat.

Steps 3

Divide the fruit mix into 6-8 ovenproof ramekins, including the liquid if any.

Steps 4

Divide the Quinoa, Chopped Walnuts, Quick-Cooking Oats, Brown Sugar, grated Butter mix equally over each, pressing down gently to make sure the top is well covered and sealed.

Steps 5

Bake in a hot oven for 35-40 minutes until the top is crisp to touch, and maybe the juices are bubbling out.

Serve warm - or chilled as we like it - with a serving of Half and Half! Enjoy!
