Divide the Oats (1/2 cup) , Thandai Mix (2 Tbsp) , Melon Seeds (2 Tbsp) , Basil Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) and Brown Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) between 2 lidded glass jars. Top with just enough Milk (3/4 cup) to soak the mix.
Step 2
Stir gently, cover and leave to stand in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Next morning top with sliced Peaches (2) and diced Plums (2) , scatter over with Melon Seeds (2 Tbsp) and Fresh Mint (2 sprigs) . Serve and enjoy!
