Divide the Oats (8 tablespoon), Thandai Mix (2 tablespoon), Melon Seeds (2 tablespoon), Basil Seeds (2 teaspoon) and Brown Sugar (2 teaspoon) between 2 lidded glass jars. Top with just enough Milk (200 milliliter) to soak the mix.
Stir gently, cover and leave to stand in the fridge overnight.
Next morning top with sliced Peach (2) and diced Plum (2), scatter over with Melon Seeds (2 tablespoon) and Fresh Mint (2 sprig). Serve and enjoy!
