In a medium bowl, combine Banana (1), Eggs (2), and Nut Milk (2 cups).

In a separate bowl combine Buckwheat Flour (1 1/2 cups), Raw Cacao Powder (2/3 cup), and Baking Powder (1/3 cup). Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.

Melt Coconut Oil (as needed) on a large skillet or pan over medium/high heat. Place mold onto the pan and pour 1/4 cup batter into a mold or less if your mold is smaller. Flip immediately once bubbles form.
