Chop the Red Chili Peppers (6), and put into a small cooking pot together with the Caster Sugar (1 cup), and the Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup). Give the mixture a stir over a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
