Add the All-Purpose Flour (6 cups) to the bowl, and stir it through until a nice paste forms. Then add the remaining flour while mixing the dough.

Transfer the muffins into baking trays, and sprinkle over with some Cornmeal (to taste). Cover the trays with a clean kitchen towel for about half an hour to allow the muffins to rise.
