Quinoa Quiche Tartlets
This is a simple Quinoa Quiche Tartlet recipe made from blended quinoa with water, and baked to perfection with your choice of greens.
150 g Quinoa
100 ml Water
100 ml Cold Water
1 tsp Baking Powder
to taste Onion
to taste Greens of Your Choice
to taste Radish
Pour Quinoa into your blending cup with Water and Cold Water. Shake until will mixed.
Add Baking Powder to the mixture and shake again. Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a muffin baking tray. Pour the mixture into as many cups you desire.
Add the Radish, Onion, and Greens of Your Choice to the cups filled with the batter. You can use any type of vegetables you want and the quantity per cup as well.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Then bake for 25 minutes, or until knife comes out cleanly.
Use a knife to take out your finished Quiches.
