Cooking Instructions

To the Quinoa (1 cup), first add Water (1/3 cup), followed by Water (1/3 cup). This is to speed up the soaking time for the quinoa. Add Baking Powder (1 tsp) and blend the quinoa and water together.

In a muffin tin, fill 6 muffin cups about 1/3 of the way full with the quinoa blend. Top with bits of your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste). Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 25 minutes.

Use a knife to skim around the edges of each tartlet and let sit 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
