Into a large ziploc bag, add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Curry Powder (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Shake that to mix everything. Then, add in the Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb), and toss that around until the chicken is nicely coated.

In a large greased frying pan, cook the chicken fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.

Take the browned chicken fillets from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, cook the Yellow Onion (1), and Garlic (2 cloves) for about 2 minutes.
