Into a slow cooker, add the Beef (2.2 lb), Beef Stock (1/2 cup), Yellow Onions (2), Garlic (1 clove), Red Bell Peppers (2), Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), Sweet Paprika (2 Tbsp), Water (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix everything together, and cook for 8 hours on low.
