Step 1
Cut the
Vanilla Bean Pod (1)
in half lengthwise, then scrape out the beans with the back of a knife.
Step 2
Put
Heavy Cream (2 1/2 cups)
into a bowl. Add
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
and vanilla beans.
Step 3
Use an electric hand mixer to turn the mixture into an even paste. Mix for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Gently spoon the paste into a freezer-size container, and cover the surface with some plastic kitchen wrap.
Step 5
Pop the container into the freezer for 5 or 6 hours, then take it out and serve.
