Cut the Vanilla Bean Pod (1) in half lengthwise, then scrape out the beans with the back of a knife.
Put Heavy Cream (600 milliliter) into a bowl. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (400 gram) and the vanilla beans.
Use an electric hand mixer to turn the mixture into an even paste. Mix for about three or four minutes.
Gently spoon the paste into a freezer-size container, and cover the surface with some plastic kitchen wrap.
Pop the container into the freezer for five or six hours, then take it out and serve.
