Double Baked Stuffed Potatoes are a delicious side dish or party snack. Easy to prepare and simple to adapt to individual taste, these will be a big hit with your family. The following recipe is for "Hawaiian Style" potatoes!

or Olive Oil

Margarine

Pineapples

Ham
, chopped, shaved

Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Wash and scrub the Potatoes (3). Pierce them on the sides with a fork so that they will cook nicely. Pop them on a baking tray. Spray them with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) and lightly season them with Salt (to taste). Put them into the oven at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for an hour.

Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Using the spoon, scoop out the insides into a bowl.

Add Margarine (1 tsp) to the bowl, and mix them together. Add Ham (1/4 cup) and Pineapples (1/4 cup), and mix them in. Take scoopfuls of the mixture and put them back into the potatoes.
4.
Top the potatoes with Cheese (1/2 cup). Put them back into the oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for fifteen minutes. Take out and serve.
