. Stir together and cook over medium heat for about four minutes. Afterwards, take them off the heat and allow them to cool.
Use a plate to cut circles into
Puff Pastry (4 sheets)
. Make four circles.
Divide the vegetable mixture between the four circles. Pin your finger in some water and run it along the edge of the pastry. Afterwards, fold the pastry over and use a fork to press the edges together.
Put the pastries on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Put them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 25 minutes. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
