Put Egg (1) into Milk (2/3 cup) and whisk together and add in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 cup) mixture. Pour the melted Butter (1/2 cup) in the pan and then pour the batter. Then, put the blueberry mixture on top evenly. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool.
